Abstract
This study aimed to identify the possibility of using digital public relations in managing marketing crises in light of the Corona pandemic. The study population included Jordanian private universities. As for the sample, it consisted of (150) respondents working in the Public Relations Department in Jordanian private universities. It adopted the descriptive and analytical approach, and used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data, and its validity and reliability were confirmed. The study concluded that there is a possibility of using digital public relations in managing marketing crises in light of the Corona pandemic in Jordanian private universities, and the study recommended emphasizing the importance of digital public relations dealing with preventive plans to prevent marketing crises
