Abstract
The research turned to the idea of the term grammatical judgment affected by the terms of Islamic jurisprudence in terms of words, the methods used in grammar, and the scientific link between grammar and jurisprudence with one goal, which is to serve the Islamic religion in various fields. The good, the permissible, the forbidden, the reprehensible, the ugly, and the license. The exegetes discussed the grammatical rulings in their interpretations in terms of the verbal factor and the moral factor, and what confirms the relationship of grammar to jurisprudence in the grammarian’s dealing with the sacred text as it is a religious and linguistic text. Acceptable and rejectable.
Therefore, we will try, through this research, to present the great link between grammar and jurisprudence through examples in which reading is preferred, with the grammatical judgment being released for fear of the spread of melody and weakness, and the research contained an applied study on the terms of grammatical provisions
