Abstract

This research dealt with the effect of the completion of the king in the zakat on the funds of Islamic insurance companies and the amounts of insurance required by the manufacturing companies on the person who applies for exclusive agencies, where the researcher proceeded to define the zakat and the words related to the subject of the research, and between the legality of the completion of the king and its types, and then the effect of the completion of the king Paying zakat, specifically on insurance funds
