Abstract
The study aimed to identify the degree of effectiveness of management excellence among government secondary school principals in the Kasbah of Irbid district from the teachers' point of view. The study population consisted of all public secondary school teachers in the Kasbah of Irbid district in Jordan, who numbered (4,633) male and female teachers, and the study sample consisted of (149) male and (221) female teachers, and they were chosen randomly, and the descriptive survey method was used, and to collect Data A questionnaire was developed. The results of the study showed that the degree of effectiveness of management excellence among the principals of public secondary schools in the Kasbah of Irbid district came to a high degree, where the field of “operations management” came in the first place with a high degree, followed by the field of “knowledge management” with a high degree, while the field of “knowledge management” came in the second place. Continuous improvement” ranked third, with a high degree, while the field of “strategic planning” ranked fourth and last, with a medium degree. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the average responses of the study sample members due to the variables of years of experience, gender, and educational qualification. In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations, including: the need to include the school plan with specific indicators and performance standards, and the need for school principals to work To develop an implementation plan consistent with the development plan of the school, and to develop contingency plans to face potential risks
