Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree of transferring administrative expertise in light of the Corona pandemic and its impact on the quality of education in public schools in Ajloun Governorate from the Educational Supervisors Point of View. The study used the descriptive survey method. The sample consisted of (31) supervisors who were chosen by the survey method, the questionnaire was used as a tool for the study. The results of the study showed that the degree of the practice of transferring administrative expertise in light of the Corona pandemic in public schools in the Ajloun governorate from the educational supervisors point of view was medium with an average of (3.45), and the level of education quality in light of the Corona pandemic in public schools in the Ajloun governorate from the educational supervisors point of view was medium, with an average of (3.28), and the results indicated that there was a statistically significant effect of transferring administrative experience in light of Corona pandemic on the quality of education in public schools in Ajloun Governorate
