Abstract
The study aimed at identifying the degree of practices the internal and external recruiting in the Irbid Electricity Company, as well as measuring its impact on productivity; the study population was represented by workers in the Irbid Electricity Company. The study depend on simple random Questionnaires, disrupted (200), after collected the questionnaires, away (5) were not suitable to analyzes, so analyzed (153) Questionnaires with a ratio of (0.765). Found there are a positive impact of internal and external polarization on the productivity, and a positive statistically significant relationship between the internal recruiting and the productivity
