Abstract

This research will look at the ignorance in Al-anan and speculation companies. It will also discuss the definition of each and answer the main research issue، which is identifying the influence of both companies، using descriptive analytical approach.

The research concluded a set of Results: ignorance with its two types; the minor and major، enters both companies. The minor ignorance is forgiven while the major one، which causes conflict and discord، terminates the contract
