Abstract
The study aimed to identify the reality of strategic leadership and its relationship to management transparency among employees of Prince Hussein Academy for Civil Protection. The study relied on the descriptive analytical method, and the study population consisted of (195) male and female employees, and the study sample amounted to (60) male and female employees, who were chosen randomly. The results of the study showed that the reality of strategic leadership in Prince Hussein Academy for Civil Protection came to a very high degree with an average of (4.52). They carry out strategic planning in setting the vision, mission and goals and strive to achieve them; To avoid errors and pitfalls, which reflected positively on the institution. As well as the reality of management transparency came to a very high degree with an arithmetic average (4.49), and the results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences for the reality of strategic leadership in Prince Hussein Academy for Civil Protection according to the gender variable and educational qualification, and the researcher attributes this to the academy’s interest in all employees regardless of gender. As a matter of justice and equality, work tasks are distributed to some extent equally between males and females. The study recommended holding courses and workshops for employees; To enlighten them about the importance of strategic leadership and transparency of management, and to benefit from the experiences of developed countries in the subject of strategic leadership and management transparency
