Abstract

There are standards indicating the application of international and local legislation related to childrenrights in a country, the first is the extent to which local and international legislative principles and texts relating to this right are established. The second criterion is the extent of commitment and implementation of the content of these texts by all countries. The third criterion is determined in view of the volume of activity of all governmental, regional and international public and private organizations in the domain of children rights. Revising the first criterion, we find that the diverse rights of the child at the beginning of the twenty-first century in different countries are among the agreed rights to include their national legislation, this depends on sources that depend on religious, moral or customary background, or by reference to natural law, together with the momentum of existence of the third criterion, given the workload of civil, governmental, regional and international organizations in this aspect In addition to all interest of the public international law on childhood issues. We also find that the actual application on the ground is accompanied by many irregularities that are not appropriate for human development and civilization from the exposure of children to various types of deprivation, clearly shown in countries that suffer from poverty and that absence of applying standards related to democracy and human rights made us track the rights of the child in the local legislation and international instruments. To stimulate adherence to these texts and explain the significance of permitting and providing support to the international organizations, work to cooperate between the community ofinternational law to link the theoretical side with the practical reality, activating childhood rights and address this problem locally by tracking these rights
