Abstract
Arab criticism was distinguished by the emergence of a number of critics and writers who had an imprint through their literary works. It studies literary texts, analyzes the styles, and reveals their aesthetic values, by analyzing the linguistic and rhetorical phenomena of the text. Vststlpeh expression studies the emotional and aesthetic features.
This study deals with the topic of stylistic applications in modern Arab criticism, represented by expressive stylistics, by highlighting some important critical books of critics who have emerged with stylistic phenomena (repetition, selection, and displacement).
This is an applied stylistic study. To contribute to increasing awareness and showing the aesthetics of the literary text, as the expressive stylistics had a clear impact in this study, as it was based on the analysis of these stylistic phenomena and how they are present to the critic
