Abstract
This study came to examine illusion and its impact on legal rulings in terms of consideration and non-consideration.
As the problem of this study revolves around when delusion is considered in jurisprudence and when it is not, and its relationship to the rule of “certainty is not removed by doubt”, with an explanation of the legal and jurisprudential rooting of delusion and its applications. An exception is made from this if it is guarded against an established right or what is based on evidence; It is taken into account at that time
