Abstract
This research focuses on images of orphan sponsorship represented in Accolade and alternative families (integration) where an inductive and descriptive approaches were used to study the images of orphan sponsorship in Jordanian society and what is permitted in Sharia'a, Law , and the Ministry of Social Development. The evidence of prohibiting or allowing it in Sharia'a. The researcher divided this research paper into two subjects and two demands. The first subject is about alternative families in orphan sponsorship and it's terms in Jordan and suggested solutions, spotting the focus on the available programs of the ministry of social development. The research is concluded with recommendations represented in the Islamic sharia , urging the sponsorship of the orphan and those of similar rule and the necessity of kindness to him and the greater reward from God Almighty, and abusing him and his money is prohibited, and his rights are preserved for him. Thus, the Accolade program in the surrogate family stipulates the inability of the spouses to conceive (sterility), and that the law must be amended to allow the non-relative if the relative is unable to embrace a child from the children of family breakdown who are placed in foster homes. So, it is necessary to spread the culture of sponsoring an orphan in all its forms
