Abstract
This study aims to identify the difficulties faced by teachers of the upper basic stage in teaching English in the shadow of the Corona pandemic in Ain Al-Basha Region, according to the estimates of its teachers, over the period between 2020 and 2021, and also aimed to identify the extent to which there are statistically significant differences in the level of Difficulties are attributed to the gender variable (male, female) or educational qualification, according to the responses of English language teachers for the upper basic stage in Ain Al-Basha Region.
The study followed the social survey method. Where the field of study consisted of (60) teachers, a standardized questionnaire was distributed to all of them, but the study will depend on only (51) questionnaires that were retrieved. The study concluded that the level of the severity of the difficulties was moderate, and the study also concluded that there were no differences with regard to the variables (gender and educational qualification), and the study recommends the need to intensify research related to its topic, especially in the shadow of the Corona pandemic, as it was found that research is few, especially the Ain Al-Basha Region
