Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the existence of computer teachers’ skills in public schools for Distance Learning form their point of view, this study used descriptive survey approach and the samples of the study were chosen randomly for the computer teachers in the schools that follow private directorate of education at liwa' Marka Directorate in Amman, 98 male and female computer teachers who were selected as samples. The study showed that the computer teachers had a high level of skills in distance learning; the evaluation of these skills came on the first rank and the competency of dealing with the network and its programs in the last rank. Also, the results showed that there is no statistical differences (a=0.05) among the range of online education competencies
