In Order to achieve the goal of the study, the researcher worked on developing the psychological Hardness scale building a counselling program, and testing their psychometric properties before applying them. The Data analysis was completed using (ANCOVA) and (MANCOVA). Results showed statistically significant differences at level of (α = 0.05) between the experimental and control groups in regards to the average performance of the members of each group on the post psychological Hardness measurement, these differences are attributed to the counselling program and in favour of the members of the experimental group. Furthermore. The results of the study also showed that there are no statistically significant differences at the level (α = 0.05) between pre and post measurement levels on the dimensions and the total degree of psychological Hardness scale Notably, this indicates the continuity of the effectiveness of counselling program.
In light of the study results, the researcher recommended several recommendations, including: taking advantage from the collective counselling program, which based on the selective Direction in helping teachers improve psychological Hardness
