Abstract

This study aims to facilitate the use of the realized part of the manuscript in order to uncover confusion and remove the problem from many of its issues addressed by the author, in accordance with the methodological and scientific considerations adopted in the investigation, in terms of documenting the jurisprudential sayings, indicating what needs to be explained, commenting on the jurisprudential issues that need clarification, graduating the hadiths from their considered sources with judgment, indicating the strange words of their considered grievances, translating those who need to be translated from scholars, jurists and literature, etc. Investigation includes.

This study concluded that the manuscript of the path of conversion is attached to what is known as the abbreviated literature, and is not considered one of the books of high variation, and that the commentator, while relying on the mothers of the jurisprudential books in the Hanafi school of thought, did not care much about the inclusion of evidence, as the study showed his accuracy and integrity in deciding controversial issues with commitment to brevity, and was often not unique in reports or weights in the issues dealt with in the study.
