Abstract
This research dealt with the issue of interference and insertion in the case and what is related to it, where the researcher proceeded to define the term interference and insertion in the case, and to indicate the extent of its legality, then to indicate the types of interference in the case and its terms and provisions.
He dealt with the practical procedures for intervention and insertion in the case, and between the extent of the court's authority to accept it and the effects resulting from the intervention and insertion in the case, and then between the application aspect through the Jordanian Shari'a Procedures Law
The study concluded that the idea of introducing or interfering with others in the lawsuit emerged as a result of the lawsuit being a permissible behavior, and that this behavior may cause harm to others, or this third party may wish to stand by one of the parties to the lawsuit to protect his right or defend himself from harm that may be caused by the negligence of the intended party stand with him.
