Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the perceptions of the lower basic stage teachers about the Tokatsu-na program and its impact on the development of moral values among students, and the study followed the qualitative research methodology, according to the rooted theory. From its sincerity and stability, and participated in the study (14) teachers from a government school ,The results of the study showed that the Tokatsona program is interested in consolidating and developing moral values and got a percentage of 0.27, providing an attractive school environment and focusing on imparting knowledge and skills to the student away from memorization and indoctrination. 0.1, improve the student's academic achievement by 0.09 The effect of the program on developing the values of cooperation and teamwork was 0.37, social integration 0.20, mutual respect 0.14, cleanliness, 0.12 belongingness 0.08, honesty, honesty, and concern for public money got 0.03. While the personal qualities that the student gained from applying The Tokatsu-na program was as follows: Strengthening the student’s personality 0.39, self-reliance 0.25, increasing self-confidence 0.19, developing leadership skill 0.17, and the results showed that one of the most important obstacles facing the teachers of the lower basic stage in the application of the Jordanian Tokatsu-na program was the lack of time Enough to discuss some activities and apply them in the classroom 0.30, time 0.21, takes from the class time and obstructs it 0.14., adherence to time, adherence to color, discouraging students to implement and activate activities, lack of sufficient spaces to implement activities, and the presence of individual differences between students 0.07, The results showed recommendations, the most important of which are allocating a weekly share to activities and diversity and adding new activities 0.15, , generalizing the program to all schools in the Kingdom, doing tokatsu-na activities outside the school 0.10
