Abstract
This study aims to identify the severity of the difficulties faced by teachers of the lower basic stage in teaching English in the shadow of the Corona pandemic in Ain Al-Basha District, according to the estimates of its teachers, over the period between 2021 and 2022, and also aimed to identify the extent of statistically significant differences in the level of The severity of the difficulties is attributed to the variables of gender (male, female) or age, according to the responses of mathematics teachers for the lower basic stage in Ain Al-Basha District.
The study followed the descriptive analytical method. Where the field of study consisted of (100) teachers, a standardized questionnaire was distributed to all of them, but the study will depend on (92) questionnaires that have been retrieved only. The study concluded that the level of severity of the difficulties was medium, and the study also concluded that there were no differences with regard to the variables (gender and age), and the study recommends the need to intensify research related to its topic, especially in the shadow of the Corona pandemic, as it was found that research is few, especially in mathematics in the region.
