Abstract

This study aimed to find the factual status obstacles of the application of electronic educational supervision and of the supervisors of the first three grades in Jordan and a review of proposed solutions to the most important obstacles to its application from their point of view in Jordan. To achieve the aim of the study, the analytical correlational method was followed by using questionnaire consisted of (29) items. The sample of the study consisted of (83) supervisors of the first three grades’ supervisor who were selected by using the comprehensive survey method. The results of the study revealed that the obstacles of the application of electronic supervision was big degree at the level of the whole tool, and at fields level (technical and material, and administrative obstacles, as for the field of human obstacles, it got a medium degree. It also revealed that there were no significant differences at (α = 0.05) at the variables of the study (gender, receive training in electronic educational supervision, years of experience in supervision). Finally, the research suggested solutions to the most important obstacles to its application, and most important: Ministry of Education must allocate adequate financial budgets to apply the electronic supervision. The researcher recommended several recommendations, one of the main of it: Ministry of Education must develop the build of the electronic supervision infrastructure.
