Abstract
This study aimed to identify the impact of the quality of functional life on the competitive advantage, the cognitive participation, a mediator, a field study in the port system in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The study sample consisted of (220) employees and employees of supervisory positions in the port system in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan were chosen through the comprehensive inventory. To achieve the goals of the study, the descriptive analytical approach has been adopted, and a tool for study was developed to measure the impact of the quality of functional life on the competitive advantage, the cognitive participation, a mediator, a field study in the port system in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, which is (32) paragraphs. The study found an impact of the quality of work life variable in all its dimensions on the dependent variable, competitive advantage, in the presence of the mediating variable, knowledge sharing. The study recommended the need to work, focus and analyze factors that increase awareness of cognitive sharing due to an average degree of approval of the degree of cognitive sharing cognitive sharing.
