Abstract
The study aimed to identify the role of the school administration in promoting the culture of dialogue among the teachers of Qasabat Irbid schools from their point of view, and to know the effect of the variables (gender, academic qualification, and educational stage) on teachers' assessments of this role. The sample of the study consisted of (400) male and female teachers, who were chosen using the random stratified method. The results of the study showed that the role of school principals in promoting a culture of dialogue among teachers was significant, and the results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the estimates of their principals' role in promoting a culture of dialogue due to the variables (gender, academic qualification, and educational stage).
