Abstract
The research aims to identify the functions of human resources management and its role in achieving competitive advantage through explore the impact of human resources management on sense of belonging among employees, and to Clarify the role of human resources management in developing individual, collective skills and to highlight the impact of human resources management on the quality of services provided by the employee to the client.
This study relied on the descriptive analytical method. The questionnaire was developed for the purposes of collecting primary data, around (105) questionnaires were randomly distributed on the population of the study. The returned suitable questionnaires were (96) with (91%) response rate, and considered to be valid.
