Abstract
The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing public school principals in Jordan practice of transformational leadership from teacher’s point of view, The study population consisted of all public school teachers in Jordan for the academic year (2022/2023), who numbered (95,535) teachers, and a cluster random sample consisting of ( 1457) teachers, The study used the descriptive analytical method and the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data, The results of the study showed that the degree of practice of transformational leadership by public school principals in Jordan from the point of view of teacher’s was moderate, The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05 ≥ α) in Sample members’ estimates of the degree to which public school principals in Jordan practice transformational leadership from teacher’s point of view, attributable to the variable of gender and academic stage in the college degree in all fields, in favor of females, and the basic stage, and the absence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 ≥ α) attributed to the variable of academic qualification and years of experience in the college degree in all fields, with the exception of inspirational motivation. For teachers, the differences were in favor of (10) years and less. Based on the results of the study, a number of recommendations were made, the most prominent of which are: holding courses and training programs for public school principals in Jordan related to the concept of transformational leadership, its dimensions, and its importance in educational administrative work.
