Abstract
The study aimed to identify the degree to which school principals within the green line possess the skills of employing artificial intelligence in administrative work from their point of view, in addition to knowing the effect of the variables (sex, educational qualification, and years of experience) on the principals' estimates of that. The descriptive approach was used to achieve the purpose of the study, as the study sample consisted of (72) male and female managers, who were selected in a simple random way from the study population of (102) male and female managers, and the questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. The results of the study showed that the managers' estimates of the degree to which they possess the skills of employing artificial intelligence in administrative work were within a large degree. The study made several recommendations, including: working to maintain interest in information awareness in the subject of artificial intelligence by organizing meetings and workshops with the aim of educating the individual and society about the importance of artificial intelligence, and integrating artificial intelligence applications into curricula and curricula, so that they include information technologies related to artificial intelligence.
