The Responsibility of Sons and ‎Fathers to Chastise Each Other ‎Legally

Abstract

The present research deals with an important issue in the Islamic financial ‎system i.e., the fathers, sons, responsibility in marrying each other if need be, ‎as well as the support of their wives. Is this responsibility part of compulsory ‎expenditure incumbent on fathers or sons? ‎ The raising of decent family in Islam can only be achieved by Commitment to ‎the costs and other lawful duties imposed by Islam .‎ Especially mutual financial commitments among members of a given family.‎ The present research has focused on this partial issue by clarifying the ‎evidence as well as the opinions of Islamic scholars . ‎ These opinions manifest the interest of the Islamic Law in the welfare the Islamic ‎Society
