Abstract

The study aimed at involving the students of QOU in evaluating theirsupervisors in respect of class meetings and determining the degree of commitmentof those supervisors to the best supervision practices. This has beendone through a questionnaire that consisted of 38 items distributed over 6domains. The questionnaire was implemented on a sample of 1242 studentswho were registered in the second semester of the academic year 2005/2006 inthe university centers and regions in the West Bank. The findings of the studyindicated that the whole questionnaire in addition to three domains had highaverage, while the other three domains averages were low.Regarding the variables, the findings showed that there were statisticallysignificant differences due to academic program variable at the level of meetingexecution domain. Statistical differences were found for all domains dueto the other three variables, except the domain of planning & preparation ofmeeting at the studying level variable, the domain of interaction and relationwith students at the level of meetings attendance variable.
