Abstract
The study aimed to measure the impact of talent management and succession planning on organizational competitiveness in the UAE public sector and close the gap in improving the competitiveness of government sector institutions in the United Arab Emirates, including the Federal Authority for Human Resources. In this regard, several researchers admitted that the plans did not correspond to the actual. So this study is divided into a review of previous literature and related studies to answer the questions and research objectives and illustrate the impact of talent management and succession planning on organizational competitiveness.
