Abstract
The study aimed to identify the role of the university administration in enhancing the level of faculty members’ practice of digital heutagogy from the faculty members’ point of view, and the descriptive survey method was used. The study sample consisted of (352) faculty members, who were randomly selected from the study population of (2478). Members, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the (electronic) questionnaire was used as a tool for the study. The results showed that the role of the university administration in enhancing the level of faculty members’ practice of digital Hetogeology from the faculty members’ point of view came with a high degree of appreciation. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences due to the effect of Study variables: (gender, college, years of experience), and in the light of the results, the researcher recommended the necessity of continuing to benefit from Heutagogy in the field of their various scientific and human specializations, to keep up with all the developments in the educational environment.
