Abstract
Organizational innovation plays a critical role in driving sustainable growth and competitiveness within todays fast-paced business landscape. To cultivate a culture of innovation and achieve success in this dynamic environment, organizations must prioritize both a strong organizational culture and effective strategic leadership. This study delves into the relationship between organizational culture and organizational innovation, with a specific focus on the mediating role of strategic leadership in Saudi Arabian businesses. Through a cross-sectional study design, data was collected from employees working in various Saudi Arabian organizations. Employing structural equation modeling via SmartPLS 4, the research findings reveal a direct and significant influence of organizational culture on organizational innovation, further emphasizing the mediating role of strategic leadership. The implications of this research are discussed, providing valuable insights for academics, scholars, and policymakers alike.
