Abstract

In this paper, a new class of Transmuted Rayleigh distribution is introduced. The estimates of parameters of Transmuted Rayleigh distribution are obtained by using new method of moments. A new distribution which contains as a special case is introduced. The characterizing properties of the model are also derived.
