Abstract

This study aims to explore the external limits of the Corona pandemic in all traditional and new media, which paid attention to this event in a way that the media had not seen before, relying on citizens' participation in the production of news in social media. This study also aims to find out how newly graduated journalists interact with the event on both professional and personal levels, especially with the spread of misinformation and fake news about the Corona virus. The researchers have adopted the qualitative method to obtain deep information from the sample selected by the study, as it focused on newly graduated media, which are divided into varying and homogeneous numbers in terms of education, qualification and experience. This sample (21 singles) is divided into three groups. The researcher and his assistant carefully conducted the study using the guide to achieve its objectives. One of the results of the study showed that the media coverage of the Corona pandemic from recent graduates who interacted and participated in social media made them in a state of fear, horror and panic from family and society. The conclusion of the study is that the new journalist faced many challenges while covering the Corona virus, including: disinformation and fake news, and the division of local media by war leaders.
