Abstract
In this paper, the Chebyshev spectral method is applied to solve the nonlinear Fisher fractional equation with initial boundary conditions. Here, the fractional derivative is considered in Caputo type. Then, using the Chebyshev spectral collocation method, the problem is transformed into an algebraic system. The results showed that this method is acceptable for numerical solution of the Fisher equation.
