Abstract

The phenomenon of human trafficking has become a global phenomenon that disturbs societies and community authorities. Hence, the phenomenon of human trafficking is one of the biggest challenges in the field of human rights. The purpose of this research is to investigate the forms of the crime of human trafficking and identify the most prominent countries of destination. Further, shed light on international efforts to legalize human trafficking crimes. It is difficult to measure this phenomenon due to the clandestine nature of trafficking, as accurate statistics and information are not available about the actual size and the different dimensions of human trafficking, especially women and children. Therefore, this research depends upon a comparative study between Egypt and the UAE as a base for fighting corruption.
