Abstract
From studying the topic of civil and criminal liability of the coroner, it becomes clear that this liability may be for medical errors as a result of the coroner’s exercise of his work. The work of a forensic doctor is different from that of a specialist human doctor. The rules of liability established for a doctor’s error are unified and do not differentiate between one specialty and another within the medical specialties, despite the apparent discrepancy between the work of each of them and their limitation to default liability.
