Abstract

This study aims to study the fairness of the procedures and the stress of the role of the nursing staff in Tripoli Medical Hospital in Libya, and determine the relative importance of the fairness of the procedures and their relevance to the pressures of the role struggle. In the Tripoli Medical Hospital. The researcher concluded that there is no significant effect between the fairness of the procedures and the role conflict.
