Abstract

The study aimed to identify the level of psychological empowerment and academic efficiency among outstanding students in Palestinian universities, as well as to identify the nature of the relationship between psychological empowerment and academic efficiency in the study sample, and also to identify the statistically significant differences for the variables of gender, academic level, college and economic level on the variables of psychological empowerment and academic efficiency. , as the research is considered a quantitative research, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical correlative approach was used, where a stratified random probability sample consisting of (200) outstanding male and female students in Palestinian universities was selected, i.e. a percentage of (9.1%). The researcher used the psychological empowerment and academic competence scales prepared by her, the study reached the following results: The level of psychological empowerment and academic competence came to a high degree, and there was a positive statistically significant correlation between psychological empowerment and academic competence
