Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الدعم الاجتماعي والضغوط النفسية لدى الأمهات الأرامل، كما هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على القدرة التنبؤية للدعم الاجتماعي في مستويات الضغوط النفسية لدى عينة من الأمهات الأرامل في الأردن. وضمت العينة (257) أرملة من مختلف مناطق الأردن الملتحقات بجمعية المركز الإسلامي في قسم الرعاية الاجتماعية للعام 2011/2010 وبعض المراكز الخاصة الأخرى، وذلك باستخدام مقياس الضغوط للأمهات الأرامل، ومقياس الدعم الاجتماعي. حيث أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن هنالك درجة متوسطة في كل من: الدعم الاجتماعي، والضغوط النفسية لدى الأمهات الأرامل في عينة الدراسة، كما أشارت النتائج إلى أن الدعم الاجتماعي قد تنبأ بما نسبته (%10) من مستوى الضغوط النفسية على الدرجة الكلية، وبما نسبته ( %10) من مستوى الضغوط النفسية في مجال " الأعراض النفسية والجسدية" وما نسبته (%9) من مستوى الضغوط النفسية في مجال " مشاعر اليأس والإحباط"، وبما نسبته (%5) من مستوى الضغوط النفسية في مجال " المشكلات المعرفية"، وأخيرا تنبأ الدعم الاجتماعي بما نسبته (%9) من مستوى الضغوط النفسية في مجال " المشكلات الأسرية والاجتماعية".

The study aimed to identify the level of social support and psychological stress among widowed mothers, and the study also aimed to identify the predictive ability of social support in the levels of psychological stress among a sample of widowed mothers in Jordan. The sample included (257) widows from different regions of Jordan who joined the Islamic Center Society in the Department of Social Welfare for the year 2010/2011 and some other private centers, using the stress scale for widowed mothers and the social support scale. Where the results of the study indicated that there is a medium degree in: social support, and psychological stress among widowed mothers in the study sample. (10%) of the level of psychological stress in the field of “psychological and physical symptoms” and (9%) of the level of psychological stress in the field of “feelings of despair and frustration”, and at a rate of (5%) of the level of psychological stress in the field of “cognitive problems”, Finally, social support predicted a rate of (9%) of the level of psychological stress in the field of "family and social problems".
