Abstract

هدف البحث إلى تعرف أهمية اكتساب معلمي الرياضيات في مرحلة التعليم الأساسي لمهارات التدريس. ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف البحث تم إعداد استبانة مؤلفة من (83) عبارة وزعت على خمسة أبعاد هي: مهارة التخطيط للدرس, ومهارة تنفيذ الدرس, ومهارة التقييم والتقويم, ومهارة الخصائص الشخصية والتفاعلية, ومهارة البيان العلمي. تكونت عينة البحث من (100) معلم ومعلمة من الحلقة الأولى والحلقة الثانية في مرحلة التعليم الأساسي, تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية. ولمعالجة معطيات البحث تم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية, والانحرافات المعيارية, وتحليل التباين الأحادي, وقد توصل الباحث إلى النتائج الآتية:

أظهرت نتائج العمل الإحصائي لمعطيات الدراسة المتمثلة باستجابات أفراد عينة البحث على استبانة مهارات التدريس, ولجهة تحديد أهمية اكتساب معلمي الرياضيات لمهارات التدريس, بأن أفراد العينة يؤكدون بدرجة متوسطة على أهمية اكتساب مهارات التدريس التي تمثل الكفايات الرئيسية لنجاح المعلم في العملية التعليمية.

وكما أظهرت النتائج المتعلقة بفرضيات البحث: - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α =0,05) بين متوسطات درجات أفراد عينة البحث على استبانة مهارات التدريس وفقا لمتغير (عدد سنوات الخبرة).

- عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α =0,05) بين متوسطات درجات أفراد عينة البحث على استبانة مهارات التدريس وفقا لمتغير (الحلقة التعليمية التي يدرس فيها المعلم).

The aim of the research is to know the importance of the acquisition of teaching skills by mathematics teachers in the basic education stage. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire consisting of (83) phrases was prepared and distributed into five dimensions: the skill of lesson planning, the skill of executing the lesson, the skill of assessment and evaluation, the skill of personal and interactive characteristics, and the skill of scientific statement. The research sample consisted of (100) male and female teachers from the first cycle and the second cycle in the basic education stage, they were selected randomly. In order to treat the research data, arithmetic means, standard deviations, and one-way analysis of variance were used. The researcher reached the following results:

The results of the statistical work for the data of the study represented by the responses of the research sample members to the questionnaire of teaching skills, and in terms of determining the importance of mathematics teachers’ acquisition of teaching skills, showed that the sample members emphasize to a moderate degree the importance of acquiring teaching skills, which represent the main competencies for the success of the teacher in the educational process.

As the results related to the research hypotheses showed: - There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) between the mean scores of the research sample members on the questionnaire of teaching skills according to the variable (number of years of experience). | - There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α = 0.05) between the mean scores of the research sample members on the teaching skills questionnaire according to the variable (the educational circle in which he is taught).
