Abstract

هدف هذا البحث إلى تصميم قائمة بالمهارات الحياتية التي ينبغي إكسابها من خلال التربية المدرسية للمتعلمين في مرحلتي التعليم ما قبل الجامعي في سورية، في ضوء خصائص المتعلمين في كل مرحلة تعليمية، وبما يلبي متطلبات المجتمع السوري للتنمية وتطلعاته للتحديث والتطوير.

ولتحقيق الهدف من هذا البحث تم تصميم تصنيف للمهارات الحياتية يلائم موضوع البحث، ويستأنس في أساسه بعد من تصنيفات المهارات الحياتية, والتي وضعتها بعض الدراسات النظرية والتطبيقية، وتم اعتماده بعد عرضه على مجموعة من المختصين في مجال التربية والتعليم، وبناء على هذا التصنيف المحگم تم تحليل مضمون كل من خصائص نمو المتعلمين في مرحلتي التعليم الأساسي والثانوي، والتحديات التي تواجه التنمية في سورية.

وبعد الإطلاع على ملاحظات المحكمين وآرائهم حول قائمة المهارات من حيث توزيع المهارات الحياتية الأساسية والفرعية، وملاءمة المهارة لخصائص النمو في كل مرحلة تعليمية ، تم الأخذ بمعظم الملاحظات، وبالتالي توصل البحث في هذا المجال إلى تصميم قائمة المهارات الحياتية اللازم إكسابها للمتعلمين في مرحلتي التعليم ما قبل الجامعي في سورية.

كما توصل إلى عد من المقترحات منها ما يتعلق بتوجيه المربين إلى تعليم المهارات الحياتية المستخلصة من كل درس، ومنحها حيزا من الحصة الدرسية، وكذلك التوجه نحو طرائق التدریس الحديثة التي تعزز المهارات الحياتية في مختلف أشكالها، وضرورة التخطيط لتنمية المهارات الحياتية من خلال مخطط شامل ومنظم ومتدرج لتدريسها عبر المراحل التعليمية المختلفة.

The aim of this research is to design a list of life skills that should be acquired through school education for learners in the two stages of pre-university education in Syria, in light of the characteristics of learners at each educational stage, and to meet the requirements of the Syrian society for development and its aspirations for modernization and development.

To achieve the goal of this research, a classification of life skills was designed that fits the topic of the research, and based on it is based on some of the life skills classifications, which were developed by some theoretical and applied studies, and it was approved after being presented to a group of specialists in the field of education, and based on this arbitrated classification was analyzed The content of each of the characteristics of the growth of learners in the basic and secondary education stages, and the challenges facing development in Syria.

After reviewing the arbitrators’ notes and opinions about the list of skills in terms of the distribution of basic and secondary life skills, and the suitability of the skill to the characteristics of growth in each educational stage, most of the observations were taken, and accordingly the research in this field came to the design of a list of life skills that must be acquired for learners in the pre-school stages. university in Syria.

He also reached a number of proposals, including those related to directing educators to teach life skills extracted from each lesson, and giving them a portion of the lesson, as well as moving towards modern teaching methods that enhance life skills in its various forms, and the need to plan for the development of life skills through a comprehensive and organized scheme. and graded to be taught across the different educational stages.
