Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى كفاءة معلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية في بناء الاختبارات التحصيلية في مدارس التربية والتعليم بالبادية الشمالية الشرقية الأردنية وفق معايير الاختبار الجيد، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (160) معلم ومعلمة من معلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية في الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي 2012/2011

، وقد تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية. تكونت الأداة من جزأين: الأول، اشتمل على معلومات شخصية عن أفراد الدراسة مثل: الجنس، والخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي، والثاني: تكون من (35) بندا يصف كفاءة معلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية في بناء الاختبارات التحصيلية من حيث مجالات:الأهداف، والتعليمات، وكتابة بنود الاختبار التحصيلي، والمعايير النوعية في كتابة الاختبار التحصيلي). أظهرت الدراسة النتائج الآتية: كفاءة معلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية في بناء الاختبارات التحصيلية في مدارس التربية والتعليم بالبادية الشمالية الشرقية الأردنية وفق معايير الاختبار الجيد (متوسطة)، وأن كفاءة معلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية في مجالات: "المعايير النوعية في كتابة الاختبار التحصيلي"، و"الأهداف"، و"التعليمات" (متوسطة)، و كفاءة معلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية في مجال "كتابة بنود الاختبار التحصيلي" )ضعيفة), عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى إلى متغيرات الجنس، والخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى الى متغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح الدبلوم المتوسط، وفي ضوء النتائج التي أسفرت عنها هذه الدراسة أوصي الباحث بعدد من التوصيات.

This study aimed to identify the efficiency of physical education teachers in constructing achievement tests in schools of education in the northeastern Badia of Jordan, according to the criteria of a good test. The study sample consisted of (160) physical education teachers in the first semester of the academic year. 2011/2012, they were selected intentionally. The tool consisted of two parts: the first, which included personal information about the study members, such as: gender, experience, and educational qualification, and the second: it consisted of (35) items describing the efficiency of physical education teachers in building achievement tests in terms of: goals, instructions, and writing The achievement test items, and the qualitative criteria for writing the achievement test. The study showed the following results: the efficiency of physical education teachers in building achievement tests in schools of education in the northeastern Badia of Jordan according to the standards of good (medium) test, and that the efficiency of physical education teachers in the areas of: "Qualitative standards in writing the achievement test", and " Objectives”, “Instructions” (medium), the efficiency of physical education teachers in the field of “writing achievement test items” (weak), no statistically significant differences due to the variables of gender, experience, and educational qualification, and the presence of statistically significant differences It is attributed to the educational qualification variable in favor of the intermediate diploma, and in light of the results of this study, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations.
