Abstract

هدف البحث إلى تعرف دور الدورات التدريبية أثناء الخدمة في تحسين الأداء التدريسي لمعلمي التربية الفنية. وتعرف الفروق بين إجابات المعلمين تبعاً لمتغيرات البحث: (سنوات الخبرة، عدد الدورات التدريبية، المؤهل التعليمي). واعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وشملت عينة البحث (35) معلماً ومعلمة تربية فنية في مدينة الجهراء، وقام الباحث ببناء أداة استبانة مكونة من (74) بنداً موزعة على ثلاثة محاور، ومن أهم النتائج:

توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات إجابات المعلمين على استبانة البحث تعزى إلى متغير سنوات الخبرة لصالح الأفراد الذين يمتلكون سنوات خبرة أكثر من 15 سنة.

لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات إجابات المعلمين على استبانة البحث تعزى إلى متغير الدورات التدريبية.

توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات إجابات المعلمين على استبانة البحث تعزى إلى متغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح الأفراد الذين يمتلكون مؤهل علمي (دبلوم فأعلى) في التربية الفنية.

وتوصل البحث إلى عدد من المقترحات ومن أهمها:

عقد دروات تدريبية لمعلمي التربية الفنية وبشكل مستمر ومكثف، لأن هناك أهمية لهذه الدورات التدريبية وبشكل كبير، وهذا ما اتضح من استجابات أفراد عينة البحث حول أهمية هذه الدورات من وجهة نظرهم.

ينبغي تطوير المهارات التدريسية لدى معلمي التربية الفنية من خلال الدورات التدريبية المستمرة.

The objective of this research is to know the role of in – service training courses to improve teaching performance for technical education teachers. And know the differences between the answers of teachers depending on the variables: (years of experience, number of training courses, and qualification). The researcher adopted a descriptive analytical method, and included a sample of (35) male and female teachers of Art Education in Al-Jahra City. The researcher designed a questionnaire which consisted of (74) items distributed on three domains, and the most important results:

- there are significant differences between the mean scores of teachers' answers according to the variable of years of experience in favour of individuals who possess years of experience more than 15 years.

- there were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores' of teachers' answers according to the variable of training courses.

- There are significant differences between the mean scores of teachers' answers according to the variable of educational level in favour of individuals who possess scientific qualification (diploma or higher) in Art Education.

The research found a number of proposals, most notably:

- Holding training sessions for art education teachers, continuously and intensively because of the importance of these training courses. This is what turns out from members of the research sample responses about the importance of these courses from their point of view.

-Teaching skills should be developed with technical education teachers through regular training sessions.
