Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف الأساليب التي يستخدمها مديرو المدارس في منطقة الطفيلة لمساعدة المعلمين على مواجهة الضغوط المهنية. وتحقيقاً لهدف الدراسة تم بناء أداة مكونة من (67) فقرة موزعة على سبعة مجالات، وطبقت على أفراد عينة الدراسة المكونة من (149) معلماً ومعلمة، وقد تم التأكد من صدق الأداة وثباتها حيث بلغ معامل ثباتها بطريقة كرونباخ الفا (0.98)، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون (0.93). وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة لأساليب إدارة مديري المدارس للضغوط المهنية التي تواجه المعلمين جاء بدرجة عالية. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة 0.05 < =α وعلى جميع مجالات الدراسة تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة المستقلة. وقد أوصى الباحث بعدد من التوصيات منها ضرورة اهتمام الإدارات المدرسية بمبدأ التمكين وتفويض الصلاحيات للعاملين.

The study aimed at recognizing the methods that the school principals in tafila education directorate use for helping teachers to face professional stress. To achieve the goal an instrument was constructed including (67) items distributed into seven domains, the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were cheeked, Reliability was cheeked according to Chronbach alpha (0.98), and Person’s correlation (0.93). The results showed that the degree of the study estimation of the methods that the school principals in tafila education directorate use for helping teachers to face professional stress was high , and that there were no statistical significant differences at 0.05 ≥ =α, on all the seven domains of the study attributed to the variables of independent of the study. The researcher recommends that the necessity for administrative school should take care in empowering principals and to give more authority for teachers .
