Abstract

هدف هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى تأثير برنامج تدريبي باستخدام تمرينات الدقة على تطوير مهارتي التمرير والتصويب بالقدم لدى لاعبي منتخب جامعة اليرموك لكرة القدم, وتم استخدام المنهج التجريبي" نظام المجموعات المتكافئة ", و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (30) لاعباً من لاعبي منتخب جامعة اليرموك غير المشاركين في دوري المحترفين الأردني, وتم اختيار العينة بالطريقة العمدية وتقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة بالتساوي بواقع (15) لكل مجموعة حيث خضعت المجموعة التجريبية للبرنامج التدريبي وخضعت المجموعة الضابطة للتدريب الاعتيادي. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا لأثر استخدام تمرينات الدقة لتطوير مهارتي التمرير و التصويب بالقدم لصالح الاختبار البعدي وكذلك عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القياسين القبلي و البعدي للمجوعة الضابطة التي استخدمت التدريب الاعتيادي، كما أظهرت أفضلية للمجموعة التجريبية على المجموعة الضابطة في متغيرات الدراسة.

Abstract

This study aimed to identity the effect of training program using accuracy exercises to enhance passing and shooting skills among Yarmouk University soccer players. The experimental method of “equal group system" was used. The study sample consisted of30 soccer players from Yarmouk University not participating in the Jordanian League. The sample was selected through the intentional method and divided in to two groups: experimental and control by (15) players for each; the experimental group underwent the training program and the control group underwent the regular training.

The results of the study showed statistically significant differences for the effect of using accuracy exercises to enhance passing and shooting skills in favor of the posttest while there were no statistically significant differences between the pretest and the posttest for the control group which used the regular training. It also showed that the results of the experimental group unplug it from the results of the control group in the study variables.
