Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن فاعلية برنامج تدريبي مقترح في تنمية الأداء التدريسي والتفكير التأملي لدى معلمات العلوم بالحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (17) معلمة من معلمات العلوم من مدارس التعليم الأساسي للصفوف (5-10) التابعة للمديرية العامة للتربية والتعليم بمحافظة الداخلية للعام الدراسي 2013/2014م.

ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة؛ قام الباحثان ببناء دليل للبرنامج التدريبي في التدريس التأملي، بالإضافة إلى أداة مقياس مستوى التفكير التأملي. كما تم الاستعانة ببطاقة ملاحظة الأداء التدريسي المعتمدة من وزارة التربية والتعليم العمانية.

وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات معلمات العلوم في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لبطاقة ملاحظة الأداء التدريسي لصالح التطبيق البعدي. كما وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند بين متوسطي درجات المعلمات في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لمستوى التفكير التأملي لصالح التطبيق البعدي

This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of training program in the development of teaching performance and reflective thinking among science teachers in the second cycle of basic education in the Sultanate of Oman. The sample consisted of (17) science female teachers taught classes (5-10) at basic education at the Governorate of Aldakliya Governorate.

To achieve the study aims, the researchers constructed a training manual in reflective teaching. In addition, researchers used an instrument for reflective thinking, and a checklist for teachers' classroom performance.

The results of the study showed that there were significant differences between the means of science teacher's scores in pre and post classroom observation checklist in favor of posttest. In addition, the results showed that there were significant differences between the means of science teacher's scores in pre and post at the level of reflective thinking scale in favor of posttest.
