Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تعرّف أكثر مشكلات طلاب كلية التربية بجامعة الفرات (دير الزور، الحسكة، الرقة) شيوعاً، والفروق الجوهرية في مشكلات طلاب هذه الكلية، ووضع تصور مقترح لإيجاد الحلول لهذه المشكلات من وجهة نظر الطلاب أنفسهم، وقد تم استخدام استبانة مؤلفة من (6) محاور؛ و(68) بنداً، وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة مكونة من (168) طالباً وطالبة للعام الدراسي 2015-2016.

وقد أكدت النتائج أنّ أكثر المشكلات شيوعاً وفق تقدير الطلاب هو المجال الثاني: (المشكلات الإدارية) التي جاءت في المرتبة الأولى بمتوسط حسابي رتبي بلغ (40,5)، وهو مستوى مرتفع، يليها في المرتبة الثانية المشكلات الاقتصادية بمتوسط حسابي رتبي بلغ (3,79)، يتبعها في المرتبة الثّالثة المشكلات الأكاديمية بمتوسط حسابي رتبي بلغ (3.67)، ثم جاء في المرتبة الرابعة المشكلات الشخصية بمتوسط حسابي رتبي بلغ (3,59)، يتبعها في المرتبة الخامسة والأخيرة المشكلات الاجتماعية والنفسية بمتوسط حسابي رتبي بلغ (3.45).

The purpose of this research is to know the most common problems of students in the faculties of education at Alfurat University (Dier Ezor – Al Hassaka – Al Raqah) , the main differences in problems of students in this college , and put suggestions to find the solutions to these problems from the students' point of view according to the variables of (sex – and college) , and the relation of this to the arrangement of these problems. A questionnaire of 6 domains and 68 items was used. This questionnaire was applied on a sample of 168 students in 2015\2016.

The results affirmed that: The results affirmed that the most common peoblems according to students'estimates were the second domain:the administration problems which got the first rank with average (40.5)and it was high.The economic problems got the second rank with average (3.79).The academic problems got the third rank with average (3.67).The personal problems got the fourth rank with average (3.59),followed by the social problems which got the fifth and final rank with average (3.45).
