Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة ممارسة مصادر القوة لدى المشرفين التربويين في محافظة ظفار بسلطنة عمان من وجهة نظر المعلمين الأوائل، ومن أجل تحقيق الهدف تم بناء استبانة مكونة (33) فقرة موزعة على ستة مجالات رئيسة وبعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، تم تطبيقها على (70) معلماً أول، وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة استخدمت المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، واستخدام اختبار.(T-Test)، ومن أبرز النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: أن درجة ممارسة مصادر القوة لدى المشرفين التربويين في محافظة ظفار بسلطنة عمان من وجهة نظر المعلمين الأوائل جاءت عالية؛ على النحو التالي: قوة سحر الشخصية، والتحفيز الذهني، وقوة القانون، وقوة الخبرة، وقوة المكافأة، وقوة الإكراه، كذلك أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α≤ 05‚0) لدرجة ممارسة مصادر القوة لدى المشرفين التربويين في محافظة ظفار بسلطنة عمان من وجهة نظر المعلمين الأوائل تعزى لمتغيرات النوع الاجتماعي والمؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصى الباحثان بــــــضرورة أن يوصي المشرفون التربويون بالحوافز المادية والمعنوية للمعلمين المجيدين، وأن يعمل المشرفون التربويون على إشباع الحاجات الشخصية المنوعة للمعلمين، وتنظيم برامج تدريبية للمشرفين التربويين لتنمية مهاراتهم لممارسة قوة الخبرة حتى لا يبقوا مقيدين بقوة القانون.

This study aimed at identifying the degree of educational supervisors' practice of power sources in Dafar governorate in the Sultanate of Oman from the point of view of the first teachers To achieve the study’s objectives , a questionnaire consisting of (33) items was administrated to (70) assistant principal and first teachers. To answer the study questions means, standard deviation , and T-test were used. Results showed that the degree of educational supervisors' practice of power sources in Dafar governorate in the Sultanate of Oman from the point of view of the first teachers was high at the following; Character, Mental stimulation, law power, expert power, reward power, and coercion. In addition, no statistical differences were found in the degree of educational supervisors' practice of power sources in Dafar governorate in the Sultanate of Omanat at the level of (a = 0.05) due to the effect of educational qualification , gender and experience.

In the light of the study findings , the researcher would like to recommend that educational supervisors motivate teachers by material and moral incentives. Also, the supervisors shall work to fulfill diverse personal needs as well as organizing educational programs for supervisors to develop their skills to practice the power of experience so as not to be confined with the power of law.
