Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرّف مظاهر العنف الموجه للكوادر الطبية في المستشفيات الأردنية وأسبابه، وآلية التعامل معه وطرائق الوقاية منه من وجهة نظر عينة من المجتمع الأردني، وتم استخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي لغايات الدراسة، حيث تم تصميم استبانة لجمع البيانات الأولية المتعلقة بموضوع الدراسة، وتوزيعها على عينة بلغت (1000) فرد. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة: أن أكثر مظاهر العنف استخداماً؛ هو: \"رفع الصوت والتحقير\"؛ وجاء بالمرتبة الأولى، وبدرجة عالية، وبمتوسط حسابي مقدره (4.17)، وأن أكثر الأسباب التي تؤدي إلى العنف؛ هو: \"قلق ذوي المريض المفرط على مريضهم\"؛ وجاء بالمرتبة الأولى، وبدرجة عالية، وبمتوسط حسابي مقداره (4.09)، وأن أفضل آلية للتعامل مع العنف والوقاية منه؛ هو: \"سَنُّ القوانين وتعديلها بحيث تكون رادعة للمعتدين\"، حيث جاءت في المرتبة الأولى، بدرجة عالية، وبمتوسط حسابي مقداره (4.96). This study aimed to identify the manifestations and causes of violence directed at medical staff in Jordanian hospitals, and how to deal with it and ways of prevention, from the point of view of a sample of Jordanian society. The social survey approach was used for the purpose of the study, and distributed to the sample of the study, which amounted to (1000) individuals. The study showed that the most commonly used manifestations of violence were \"raising the voice and contempt\" and ranked first, with a high degree, with an average arithmetic estimated (4.17). The study also showed that the most common cause of violence is \"the anxiety of the patient relatives with excessive concern for their patient,\" and came first, with a high degree, with an average of (4.09). The study also showed that the best mechanism for dealing with and preventing violence is to \"enact and amend laws so as to deter the aggressors\", which came first, with a high degree, with an average of (4.96).
