Abstract

هدف هذا البحث إلى تعرف المشكلات الأكاديمية التي تواجه أعضاء هيئة التدريس (الإناث) في جامعة آل البيت، وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات والمتمثلة بـ(الرتبة والكلية والخبرة)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج المسحي من خلال تطبيق استبانة طبقت على أفراد مجتمع الدراسة كافة البالغ عددهم (86) عضو هيئة تدريس، وتكونت من (37) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات: المشكلات المتصلة بالطلبة، والمشكلات المتصلة بإدارة الجامعة، والمشكلات المتصلة بعضو هيئة التدريس نفسه، والمشكلات المتصلة بالبحث العلمي. وقد بينت نتائج الدراسة أنّ: 1- أكثر المشكلات حدة في مجالي المشكلات المتصلة بالبحث العلمي والمشكلات المتصلة بالطلبة، تليها المشكلات المتصلة بإدارة الجامعة، وأقلها حدة المشكلات ذات الصلة بعضو هيئة التدريس نفسه. 2- عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعاً لمتغير الكلية في المشكلات المتصلة بالطلبة وإدارة الجامعة وعضو هيئة التدريس نفسه، أمّا المشكلات المتصلة بالبحث العلمي فكانت ذات دلالة إحصائية لصالح الكليات الإنسانية. 3- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الرتب المختلفة في مجالي الطلبة وعضو هيئة التدريس نفسه. 4- عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين سنوات الخبرة في جميع المجالات. The current search aimed to identify the academic problems facing teaching staff members (female) at Al al-Bayt University, and their relationship to some variables represented by rank, college and experience, To achieve the goals of the study the survey method was used through the application A questionnaire applied to all members of the study community, who numbered (86) faculty members as it consisted of (37) statements distributed into four areas: problems related to students, problems related to university administration, problems related to the teaching staff member itself, and problems that related to the scientific research. The results of the study showed that: 1 - the most common problems related to scientific research and problems related to students, followed by problems related to the management of the university, and the least problems related to members of the teaching staff itself. 2 – There were no statistically significant differences according to the variable of the college in the problems related to students, the university administration, and the members of the teaching staff themselves. As for the problems related to scientific research, they were statistically significant for the benefit of human colleges. 3 - There were statistical significant differences between the different grades in the fields of students and the teaching staff member itself. 4 – There were no statistically significant differences between years of experience in all fields.
