Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف تاريخ السلم التعليمي في السودان، والواقع الراهن للسلم التعليمي في السودان إيجابياتهِ وسلبياته، كما هدفت الدراسة إلى تقصي واقع السلم التعليمي في السودان في ضوء تجارب الدول العربية وبعض الدول الأجنبية، ومدى استفادة السودان من هذه التجارب، وقد اعتمد الدارس المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والمنهج المقارن، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج عدة منها: أن السودان الدولة الوحيدة في الدول التي شملتها الدراسة مدة سلمها التعليمي (11) عاماً فقط إذا استثنينا إنجلترا، وأن السودان لم يستفد من التجارب العالمية في كثير من الجوانب، وأن التدريب المستمر للمعلمين في أثناء الخدمة في السودان ضعيف مقارنة بالدول الأخرى، وأن إصلاح شؤون المعلمين مادياً ومعنوياً ضعيف مقارنة بالدول الأجنبية، وأن البيئة المدرسية المناسبة في السودان غير متوافرة، وأن السلم التعليمي في السودان غير مناسب من الناحية السيكولوجية للطلاب. This study aims to examine the history of the educational system in Sudan and its current advantages and disadvantages in Sudan, In addition, the study aims to examine the current education system in Sudan in light of the experiences of the Arab countries and a few foreign countries, and the extent of Sudan\'s benefit from these experiences. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and the comparative approach to reach several conclusions, and Sudan and England are the only countries that have been studied for a period of (11) years. If we exclude England, Sudan has not benefited from international experience in many respects, in-service teacher training and teacher development in Sudan is weak compared to other countries, The educational environment in the schools is inadequate, the educational system in Sudan is psychologically inappropriate for students.
